All of our puppies are raised in our home. Their parents are our pets and family members . Our puppies are born in my bedroom and come out to the living room in a few weeks. Here they will become used to all the sounds and activities of family life. They get lots of love and attention from my husband, our daughters and myself. They are used to being loved from the day they are born. This is important as it helps them form their loving bond with people.
All of our puppies will come with a 2 year guarantee which covers known life threatening genetic illnesses in the breed, such as Renal Dysplasia, Liver disease and heart defects. Guarantee is for a replacement puppy.
Deposits of 100.00 are required to hold a puppy. We accept deposits on puppies after they are a month old, but can hold a puppy before that for you until they pass a month of age. At that time a deposit is required if you want the puppy held. Please do not place a deposit unless you are sure you want to work with me and are ready for the responsibility of a new puppy. Deposits are NON- Refundable. Deposits are refunded if something were to happen to puppy while here with me or vet found a serious health defect. Deposits can be switched to a different puppy if you see one you like better and it is available. I can also hold your deposit for a later litter if that works better. If I cancel the sale for any reason, deposit is refunded. Please be aware umbilical hernias are prevalent in the breed and are not a serious health defect. Also some puppies in this breed have tight nostrils during teething and they may snort and snuffle until adult teeth come through. Most puppies outgrow this condition after the adult teeth come in. Our policy on puppy sales- We will accept a personal check as well as money orders or paypal for deposits. Paypal users please add 3% as that is what they charge me. Do not use paypal until we have talked. Puppies are sold to loving , responsible homes only.
For picking up puppy we no longer accept personal checks as a few people have given us bad checks and my bank charged me the fee on top of us having lost the money for the puppy. That really hurts us as we are honest hard working people who put our hearts and souls into our dogs and puppies. We work from early morning until late night caring for them and through the night when Momma's are in labor or we have new puppies under 3 weeks old . Sometimes small newborns need supplemental feeding around the clock.
Money for the puppy sales is put right back into the dogs so they may have the best of everything and to maintain a quality breeding program.
We do accept cash or postal money orders for pick up and we will accept a personal check if received 3 weeks before puppy can go home and it has cleared. We do not mean this policy to offend all the great and honest folks out there . We just need to protect ourselves from the very few people who would do something like that.
DEPOSITS- We do require a deposit of 100.00 to hold a puppy for you. Deposits are Non-reundable as good homes can be passed up while a puppy is on hold for you. If something happens to the puppy while under our care or the vet finds life threatening health condition that makes puppy unfit for sale , we do refund the deposit. Deposits are good as long as we are breeding dogs and can be applied to another puppy or a later litter if you decide not to take the puppy you have held.
I can take your Visa, Mastercard or other types of credit cards through Paypal with a signed sales contract and paypal agreement.
There is a 3% fee that must be added to the payment as that is what paypal charges me to accept you payment. You must call me and speak with me to see if one of my puppies would be right for your home before using paypal. We place our puppies in approved homes only, so they can be loved and well cared for as a cherished companions and family members. We love them from the time they take their first breath and before when we feel them moving in Momma's belly. I have been raising dogs for 30 years now and I still get tears and all choked up when I feel them kick and welcome them into the world. The beauty of life never fails to touch my heart. It is precious.
